Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a reschedule within the same week, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the booking rate to cover the time and preparation dedicated to your appointment.

Tour Bookings: Reschedules must stay within the same tour dates (if available). If you cannot rebook within the tour, the deposit is forfeited.

Provider’s Right to Cancel: I reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if I feel disrespected or unsafe.
