Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24 Hours Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling (Same Week): If you rebook within the same calendar week as your original appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new booking.

Rescheduling (Different Week): If you need to move your appointment to a later week, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required.

Tour Bookings: Reschedules must stay within the same tour dates (if available). If you cannot rebook within the tour, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.

No-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations without proper notice may result in being blocked/blacklisted, and a $100 re-booking fee will apply to any future appointments — no exceptions.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are final and non-refundable.

Provider’s Right to Cancel: I reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if I feel disrespected or unsafe.
